By applying to or participating in the Aligned Career Training Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your application.
Affiliates may not use paid search ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to promote Aligned Career Training links without prior written approval from Aligned Career Training.
Affiliates may not misrepresent the courses, certifications, or outcomes in any promotional material. All claims must be accurate and consistent with the official course descriptions on alignedcareertraining.com.
Self-referrals — affiliates purchasing through their own referral link — are not eligible for commission and will result in immediate account termination.
Commissions are subject to a 30-day hold to account for refunds, chargebacks, and disputes. Commissions move from Pending to Approved status after 30 days from the date of sale.
Aligned Career Training reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct deemed harmful to the brand.
Commission rates are subject to change with 30 days written notice to active affiliates. Continued participation in the program after notice constitutes acceptance of the new rates.
This is the official payout schedule for the Aligned Career Training Affiliate Program. Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal with a minimum payout threshold of $25.

| Day 30+ | Commission moves from Pending to Approved status. |
| 1st of each month | All approved commissions from the prior month are tallied. |
| 15th of each month | PayPal payouts are processed to all affiliates at or above the $25 minimum. |
| Affiliates below $25 | Balance rolls over to the following month automatically. |
| Payout confirmation | Affiliate receives PayPal payment notification. You receive a payout summary email. |
